our models of Dry Block Heater are offered from the single block analogue DBH10 to the three block digital DBH30D. The analogue models can control to 110ºC whilst the digital ones can be configured to control to 150ºC. Special heaters and blocks can be custom made for control to 400ºC.

Program settings are maintained by a non volatile RAM. System performance is monitored by a "watch dog" that resets the system if the power is interrupted. Cartridge elements are used in all Ratek block heaters, and are set into the solid heater plate to ensure efficient and accurate temperature control.
